I just had my engagement dinner at The Blue Pearl, and I truly wish the night never ended. If you are ever considering the best venue in New York, I highly recommend their 2nd floor loft—elegance is honestly an understatement.
From the moment you walk in, the staff and management treat you as if you own the place. They are attentive, receptive, and genuinely happy to make your evening perfect. If I had my own business, I would be proud to have a team like theirs.
To the staff, the chef, the entire team, and the owners—THANK YOU. You made my fiancée’s and my night more than perfect. We feel very lucky to have celebrated such an important milestone with you, and we look forward to many more events at The Blue Pearl.

Rare as a pearl to find. This one is definitely a precious stone! When you enter the place, you'd definitely know that you're into something special. Quiet, cozy, and luxurious is everyway! But don't forget, the food! Prepared to perfection. A bit pricey though, but worth every dollar spent. Try the crab cakes, for me that one speaks volumes. You won't forget what that first bite entails.

Our 2nd visit and we got to try two new menu items. The "Make Me Blush" Mojito and it was delicious! We also got the Angry Lobster Ramen, and although it was tasty, it was definitely more sour than we expected. Also, our waitress Nina was super sweet.

Elevated experience from point of entry. Stunning decor, great cocktails, water add ins (lemon, lime, cucumber, orange, strawberry), lovely utensils and plates. And a great view!!! We ordered sushi, crispy rice, shishito peppers, drinks and an amazing dessert. Soooo good. People were definitely celebrating here. Fantastic!!!!

Stopped by to sit at the bar. Beautiful venue, I was in awe. They really took out time to really design this place. It was on Christmas eve and it was perfect. The bar staff was great and their drinks were unique and tasty. Had the black magic which is like drinking a delight hot chocolate with coconut cream but was a much better espresso martini The manager also came by and said hello which was so sweet. Would love to Come back to have dinner.

Everything was absolutely stunning at The Blue Pearl. The manager, John, and our server, Jose were both very excellent and made celebrating our anniversary dinner something we won’t forget soon. The owner and chef, Peter, even stopped by our table a few times to check in and discuss some of the dishes we had for the night. Atmosphere is very upscale and had high attention to detail. Drinks were excellent, and the food was great; definitely pushing the boundaries for many other places on Staten Island.

My wife and I tried Blue Pearl for our anniversary dinner and could not have enjoyed it more. Food wise, we sampled as much as we could, starting with the crab cake and the mini lobster bisque rolls with some cocktails. For our mains, we had the crab cavatelli and the halibut while sharing a side of the mille feuille potatoes. For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée trio and spicy pineapple sundae. Everything was delicious - a nice balance of Asian-inspired and traditional American flavors. Service was impeccable as well - we were treated so warmly by the entire staff, received everything quickly and efficiently, and even received complimentary champagne to celebrate the occasion. The atmosphere was fantastic - bright, upscale decor with a great view of the coastline and bridge/river. Overall, a wonderful experience and great new addition from Chef Peter Botros.

If I can leave 10 stars for service, I would! Had a great first dining experience at Blue pearl with my friend and my 3 month old baby. Initially we had reservations at 5 but they don’t allow kids after 5 (which I totally respect). The manager was so accommodating and made sure we could come at 4:30 and stay as long as we wanted. We never felt rushed. Our Portuguese waiter (unfortunately didn’t catch his name), was charming!
The food was super yummy! We had the lobster and shrimp roll, the mushroom crispy rice, and fatty tuna crudo for starters and the general tso and crab cakes for mains! My friend had some lovely martinis and I had wine.

I went to Bluepearl over the weekend celebrating my friends birthday. We had such an amazing experience! The food was innovative (with unique dishes like Truffle Tso Chicken), fresh and delicious. We had the yellowtail roll, chili edamame, octopus, truffle tso chicken and the miso mushrooms. The manager, John, was extremely attentive to his guests and the feedback they have. This was a “slow” dining experience in that the food is served with plenty of time in between courses and you aren’t rushed out. We thoroughly enjoyed and will be back. Thanks!

10s, 10s, 10s across the board! The atmosphere and aesthetic of the Blue Pearl nearly took my breath away, the restaurant is gorgeous! Staff was extremely attentive and helpful with the menu. Started with a “black magic” a variation of an espresso martini, which was perfect. Apps were king salmon sushi roll and crispy rice with teriyaki pineapple shrimp. Also had the street corn lobster rolls, which were inhaled and delicious. Second drink was an insane “mother of pearl”, which had a gold shimmered lychee on top. So good! Entree was general tso’s truffle chicken with wasabi whipped potatoes on the side, Wow!!!! Could not stop eating this dish! Finished everything off with the taro crepe cake which was equally as divine. Cannot wait to go back to the blue pearl! Highly recommend!
